QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Experience in the heating and cooling industry
• Aptitude for machines and an understanding of how they work
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and tight spaces
